Do you struggle with feeling less confident when you are a few pounds heavier? We do. Or comparing your 40 year old body to your 30 year old body? Us too. We know this isn't necessarily healthy but it is something we do and we don't want to associate our confidence level with our weight or body image any longer. This doesn't mean we don't want to be our best selves, healthy and fit!
